Seth became interested in photography early in life. Born in 1956, in Syosset New York, he built his first darkroom in 1968. Seth began printing photographs professionally to facilitate the production of his art work in 1978, after graduating with a BFA from Carnegie-Mellon University. His work is in numerous public and private collections.
Seth has lived in San Francisco with his family since 1996. He owns Dickerman Prints, a San Francisco custom photo lab happily producing handmade photographic and archival pigment prints for the most demanding clients.
